We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Project Service Coordinator to be the operational link between our clients, engineers, and leadership team, ensuring IT projects and service requests run smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate tickets, scheduling, and engineer workloads.
2. Ensure SLA targets are met, and escalate risks when needed.
3. Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams on updates.
4. Maintain accurate ticket documentation and project records.
5. Provide reports on ticket queues, project progress, and resource utilization.
6. Identify process gaps and propose improvements.
Requirements:
Must-Have
1. 2+ years in MSP, IT services, or tech coordination.
2. Prior experience working as a Service Coordinator for an MSP using ConnectWise is a MUST.
3. Skilled in ticket triage, dispatching, SLA management, and scheduling.
4. Strong English communication (written & verbal).
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and collaboration tools.
Preferred but not required
1. IT Glue or similar documentation tool experience.
2. Prior remote/distributed team experience.
